| Abstract;Here were introduced for fine large engineering plastics in Japan, on recent production and market trends (production volume transition, demand construction, and so on) containing oversea topics, as shown in followings; 1) polycarbonate (PC), 2) polyamide (PA), 3) polyacetal (POM), 4) polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and 5) modified polyphenylene-ether (M-PPE). And, here were introduced for topics of new materials relevant the engineering plastics in Japan, 1) topics relevant to new polymers (new PC, new polyester, and liquid crystal polymer), 2) development conditions of compound grades with new concepts (flame-retardant grade, and transparent glass fiber-reinforced PC), and 3) materials and products adopting technology with recent topics (carbon nano-tube type composite, and so on), and chemical recycle of engineering plastics relevant materials (recycle of PC). |
