Abstract;Fermentation technology using lactic acid bacteria contributes to manufacturing skin care products with skin bioactivities. This article outlines cosmetic raw materials using lactic acid bacterial fermentation, and also introduces aloe vera fermented fluid, and soybean fluid fermented by Lactobacillus bifidus as marketed cases from plant fluids fermented by lactic acid bacteria. Lactic acid bacteria fermentation is possible to improve and enhance the functions of plant raw materials, and will be regarded more important in the future.
