| Abstract; There are various treatments for hyperpigmented skin lesions, and tretinoin and hydroquinone combination therapy has been emerging as a promising therapy in recent years. We treated 25 cases of lentigo senile and postinflammatory pigmentation, and found that hyperpigmented lesions partially or completely disappeared in all cases, and although erythema and irritation appeared in about 60% cases as side effects, these symptoms disappeared completely over time. A questionnaire survey was carried out at the end of treatment and almost all patients gave very high satisfaction scores for this treatment. This low-cost treatment does not need expensive medical equipment or complicated treatment processes, and we believe that this treatment will become a standard therapy in the near future.
