Abstract; From the social identity theory, it was a situation put in social identity (SI) of which the group with the low position was negative, and the new dimension comparison method abbreviation of the social creation which is the strategy that intends to acquire and tries positive SI was noticed, and the modification of SI of the lowland place group was examined. In addition, it was examined by whether it adds the dimension concerning the lowland place group and changes in SI in which negative SI of the lowland place group is positive and comparison with other dimension. In the experiment, group and out-group evaluation difference were made to be a dependent variable within independent variable, problem in respect of group position, comparison dimension. In out-group and neutral position dimension group, the lowland place group was not in both group evaluations on the difference in the highland place advantage dimension group. Though in the lowland place segregation dimension group, the group was evaluated high from the out-group in the internal, the significance was not accepted. However, the difference was recognized by lowland place advantage dimension group and neutral position dimension intergroup, and the group evaluation was the highest in the lowland place advantage dimension group in the internal, and SI showed the positive direction. In the meantime, it was a result that in the highland place group, the group showed in the highland place advantage dimension and neutral advantage dimension group in the internal lower, and that it agrees with a conventional knowledge. In the lowland place advantage dimension group, the difference was not in both group evaluations.
