| Abstract; Two kinds of analytical methods are proposed in order to examine the correlation of structure and function of systematic DNA-protein complex corresponding to the post genome. One of them is a development of fast analysis method of the DNA-protein interaction, and the other is a development of structure-function-relationship analysis method of the DNA-protein complex. For this reason, a protocol for carrying out comprehensive and high-speed DNA-protein binding analysis using the molecular beacon type PNA (the peptide nucleic acid) chip was developed. And, it is necessary to establish "SAR by NMR with Enriched DNA domain" technique which performs NMR-analysis of the correlation of space structure and function of extracted DNA-protein complex. These research subjects at present were described. Especially, the development of stable isotope marking molecular switch which could decide the accurate space structure of the gene by the NMR analysis was described in detail. |
