Abstract;As a result of investigating effects of serial capacitors on existed impedance operation system from accident data at actual systems in the serial capacitor system of the Kita-Osaka Substation and the Johana Switchyard, it was found that there were unavoidable factors. On the other hand, here was investigated a whole of terminals data collection type identification method carrying out identification by applying voltages and currents at whole of terminals of an identification objected cables. As a result, it could be confirmed by simulation and on a field that it was possible to intend to upgrade its precision by receiving no effect of the serial capacitors on comparison with the existed method and adopting this method with identification error.
