| Abstract;The bitterness evaluation of azithromycin hydrate (AZM) powder (Zithromac fine granule for children's use) is examined by the taste sensor and sensory evaluation. The bitterness of the new fine granule of AZM was weaker than the old one, and the bitterness of water suspension of the new fine granule of AZM prepared just before using was suppressed to the degree with little sense of the bitterness. And, bitterness elevation with the time course could be suppressed by mixing drug flavor into the AZM new fine granule. |
