| Abstract;The case was a 29-year-old woman. For the treatment of the stye, ofloxacin eye ointment and levofloxacin eye drop were prescribed in the ophthalmology. In addition, later ofloxacin tablet was also prescribed. After 20 minutes of the internal use the slight dyspnea with and swelling of the face occurred and the first-aid treatment was received. Though for the cause retrieval, the scratch test was carried out using levofloxacin eye drop, it was negative. By the instillation of the levofloxacin eye drop, the pruritus of the conjunctiva and hyperemia were recognized, and it was judged to be positive. The internal induction test was not carried out. |
