| Abstract;The Hokkaido Sea-farming Integrative Center, the Aomori Prefectural Fisheries Multiplication Center and the Japan Sea-farming Association Notojima Workplace carried out the seedling production, middle rearing and technological development of the release of Gadus morrhua macrocephalus.Regarding the seedling production technology, the water tank equipment and the feeding method were examined and the egg collection technology was improved.And in order to find the right spot for release of the artificial seedlings, the distribution of Gadus morrhua macrocephalus of this age was confirmed in Funka Bay and its nearby sea area.In the meantime, such problems occurred as a crisis of virus nerve necrosis(VNN) in the seedling in 1996 in the Notojima Workplace.The ALC marking and others were applied to the fish of the middle rearing, and then these were released as a test; thereafter the recapture situation was examined by the marketing research and the pull-net investigation. |
