| Abstract;The technology management covers the wide part which lies between industrial engineering and public policy. The establishment of technology management in Japanese enterprises is considered to establish the CTO or CTO function. It is important to establish a goal without the holdings resources, draft a new plan, and develope the human resources who can demonstrate the leadership for the realization of a project. The method for managing the individual creativity and enterprise innovation through education and training in the technology management field is a kind of "Japanesque technology management" education, and the system which enables it should be noticed. |
