| Abstract;The patients of atopic dermatitis think that they do not want to use a steroid medicine for external application as much as possible. Therefore, We were searching the products for external application which could use for patient of atopic dermatitis. In this study, we developed the cosmetic products which contain Biotin and they were used for dry skin, such as atopic dermatitis, under the consent of informed consent. We found that the condition of dry skin was improved for 63% of patients. We could not evaluate the effect of Biotin itself, because we did not perform additional scientific evaluation for this clinical study. However, we although felt the effect of these cosmetics was significantly different from another cosmetic which we used to use for our patients. We believe Biotin is very effective material for the patient of skin disease for their daily skin care. (author abst.) |
