| Abstract;Cases were the 56-year-old men, and it became that it carried the emergency, since the left hypogastrium pain appeared, and since they recognized the bloody excrement, and hospitalizes it with the scanning medical treatment purpose. In on admission physical remark, an abdomen had inflated, and muscle guardinging was accepted in a left side abdomen. It was accompanied by shift left of the hyperleukocytosis, and CRP showed the high value. From large intestine endoscope and thoracicoabdominal part simple radiological finding, mesenteric artery imaging opinion and bloody discharge with muscle guardinging, the necrotic change of the intestine was suspected, and the emergency operation was enforced. From the operation opinion, colectomy and colostomy product construction method were enforced in the diagnosis of the non-obstructive intestine ischemia. |
