| Abstract;The literatures on clinical trial of psychotic depression or paranoic depression were searched. The reports of double blindness comparative test (DBT) were generally little. They compared antidepressive effects beween single use of antidepressive drug and combination use with placebo or perphenazine in some reports. Next, the algorithm of U.S.A. and Japan on the treatment for psychotic depression was compared. As an alternatives of the effective treatment, the both Japanese and U.S. specialists mentioned amoxapine, antidepressive drug + antipsychotic drug, long-term potentiation, and electroconvulsive therapy. |
