Abstract;By utilizing Japanese apricot for plum liquor which is unused organic substance effectively as a feed of the fattening pig, the reduction in the environmental loading of the soaked Japanese apricot disposal cost for plum liquor by reduction and disposal was attempted. In addition, reduction and meat characteristic improvement of the porker production cost were examined. 1) The 20% addition ward significantly rose in comparison with the contrast ward on serum albumin concentration and serum calcium. 2) The difference in the gain day quantity between 20% addition ward and contrast ward were not recognized. 3) In the fatty acid composition of the hypodermic outer layer fat, the difference in which stearic acid was significant in 20% addition ward and contrast ward was not recognized.
