| Abstract;The purpose is to demonstrate this technology by producing the fertilized egg clone cattle. As a result of fertilized egg nuclear transplantation, 23 implantable fertilized eggs clone deprivation were got, and 22 of them were preserved by the direct freezing method in which ethylene glycol or propanediol are used as cryoprotective agent in freeze. One or two deprivation were transplanted to 13 heads of fertilized cows and the conception was confirmed in the one cow in the inside. From the fertilized cow that the conception was confirmed, the delivery of female calf of birth weight 29kg was done on the pregnancy 272th. |
