Abstract;Though application range of the crop was narrow for the boron, and the necessity of the diagnosis was high, and analytical procedure was complicated, and it was special, and there were small fact in which they were taken up in the soil test with many sample points. Using microwave decomposition equipment and ICP spectroscopic analyzer which became introducing into the diagnosis field recently, shortening and simplification of the diagnosis were examined. Fractionation container of the same decomposition equipment was filled with soil 10g, distilled water 20ml, 100.DEG.C., 15 minute heat treatment were carried out, and the boron concentration was measured. As the result, the boron concentration showed hot water extraction boron and high correlation of the conventional method. In the combination of this extraction method and fixed quantity by ICP, the soil test as 100 points was possible first.
