Abstract;In case of 1, right side AML type cemenntless hip prosthesis replacement therapy was done for coxarthrosis (woman patient, 59-year-old).In cases of 2, left side Harris-Galante type cementless hip prosthesis replacement therapy was done for coxarthrosis (woman patient 57-year-old).Behind bone -ingrowth type cementless hip prosthesis replacement therapy, evulsion of the cup without the looseness and re-replacement therapy were done for 2 cases which caused abrasion and damage of the polyethylene liner.Bone-ingrowth of the cup circumference was firm in the mortar bottom.For the bone defect after the cup evulsion, the reinforcement by the Mu ller type support ring was carried out.The reinforcement by the Mu ller type support ring was useful.
