Abstract;As the causal disease of woman's lumbago, the organic disease (infectious disease in the pelvis, endometritis, tumor, uterus contraceptive device, postoperative adhesion, ovarium residual syndrome, uterus malposition, uterus and vagina abnormality), osteoporosis, functional lumbago (lumbago of the pregnant woman, menopausal syndrome), were described, and the diagnosis and treatment were outlined. In the gynecology medical care, lumbago is one of usual complaints, besides hemorrhages and hypogastric pain. In the inquiry, a medical doctor should take in mind about age and occupation, and listen in detail about the existence of hypogastric pain and the combination with flank pain (pelvis pain), the existence of the woman peculiar complaint of pain in the copulation, the relation with the menstrual cycle, chronicity or subacute. From these data, it is important to analogize and diagnose the gynopathy.
