| Abstract;A rare case (64-year-old woman) of complications by central diabetes insipidus, positive MPO-ANCA, and Sweet disease under the course of the Basedow disease during PTU (propylthiouracil) medical treatment is reported. Cutaneous symptoms of this case were diagnosed as the Sweet disease. Follow-up was conducted while PTU was stopped, and efflorescence and fever were gradually remitted. FT4 values lowered by conducting the isotope treatment for Basedow disease. For central diabetes insipidus, the improvement of the symptom was demonstrated by the DDAVP administration. |
