| Abstract;Under the environment where competition is increasing in the car component industry, further improvement of material technology is required for product differentiation and competitiveness improvement. The material technology of DENSO has been developing in the concurrent engineering activities. This paper summarizes the historical development process and present state of material technology in DENSO, and examines the future direction and target. (1) Quick offer of discrimination material technology. (2) Pioneering development of alternative materials with of environmental loading-free materials, recycling-easy materials, and energy saving environmental technology. (3) Improvement of evaluation and analysis technology. (4) Adoption and development of materials in consideration of overseas production. |
