| Abstract;Recently, X-ray light sources based on SR(synchrotron radiation) have been developed very rapidly. Studies of Material chemistry using SR have become more and more sophisticated. In the present talk, I will first address the present status and future of high brilliant synchrotron light sources, FEL(free electron laser) and ERL(Energy Recovery Linear Accelerator). Secondly, several methods using SR will be presented especially in the field of surface chemistry to demonstrate the power of SR. Future applications of super-brilliant X-ray light sources will be finally mentioned. (author abst.) |
