Abstract;Leukotriene and its involvement with asthma are summarized, and as the features of the titled drug, the possibility of the first trial in the world, meaning one-tablet a time per day administration, improvement in asthmatic symptoms and respiratory functions from day 1 and excellent improvement in bronchial inflammation are outlined on the basis of the reported cases. This paper says that, as comparison with other drugs, its compliance is higher than inhalant steroid, needless to care about side effects, precautions or interactive actions, and that it does not become resistant.
