Abstract;The energy saving effect in applying the insulating coating material to plant components and piping was described.It is a coating material in which plastic resin was made to disperse ceramic balloon of 30-50 .MU.m particle sizes at 50-80% proportion.Incidence heat is reflected and radiated,and the thermopenetration becomes several %.In the reflection thermal insulation of cooling container and tank,the surface temperature lowered.In piping and combustion furnace,the emission of an internal heat was prevented,and the fuel consumption decreased.The condensation was also prevented by the prevention of the invasion of an outside heat in cooler ducts and cool retaining tanks.
