| Abstract;Postoperative renal insuffiency was retrospectively studied with 150 patients without renal insufficienty before operation, who developped oliguria under around 5-hour general anesthesia. No patients who developed hypotension, oliguria with urine less than 500ml/day, and renal insuffiency were observed during anesthesia. Though 10 cases showed abnormally high level of BUN or Cr, they were all the elderly patients who had showed the high level before operation, and it was difficult to consider it in relation with the operation. It was resulted that oliguria with less than 0.5ml/kg/hour during under anesthesia did not always develop postoperative renal insufficiency, when a blood pressure under anesthesia, and blood circulation are well controlled. |
