| Abstract;As the drug for treatment of allergic diseases, fexofenadine hydrochloride (FH) (Allegra tablet) classified as the second generation antihistaminic is presented. In the comparative test of FH and loratadine (LD) for allergic rhinitis patients, FH was more excellent than LD in the improvement of the eye symptoms, and nasal obstruction improving action was observed. And, the greatest characteristic of FH is the fact that sedative actions such as the sleepiness are little. This paper describes knacks of the usage of FH including administration and dosage, and precautions for use including the side effects. |
