| Abstract;As a new wide spectral antimicrobial eye drop, levofloxacin (LVFX) (Cravit ophthalmic solution) is presented. In the comparison with the existing analogous medicine, LVFX exhibited best antimicrobial activity equivalent or superior to OFLX,CMX and MCR for clinical isolates among the fluoroquinolone eye drops. This drug has the best antimicrobial activity and intraocular transmigration. This paper describes knacks of the usage of LVFX and precautions for use including the side effects. |
