| Abstract; In order to find out the level and effectiveness of physical training which usually utilized in Japan for Football players on the First Division, 32 college football players have tried physical training for three months that is aimed on reducing fat and increasing lean body mass that is assumed working in advance to improve physical fitness. From the result, we examined the alternation of physical composition. As a result, among all objectives, including each position such as lines and backs, we could see the great reduction of fat percentage and increment of lean body mass. From the alternation on the three-month physical training program, we could assume that effective physical training has not been utilized by the Top Division players in normal bases. (author abst.) |
