Abstract;As the case study on the space design of wards for patients with stressrelated disease, the purpose of this study is to clear the correlation between recovery from stress-related disease and the space design on the Seaside Ward of Shiranui Hospital which is a pioneer in the treatment of stress care with Regression Technique. As a result, we found out that the quietness, spread and soft designs of space in bedrooms and common rooms such as dayroom and livingroom are important for patients' recovery from stress-related disease.
