| Abstract;NEC has developed MPEG2 TS multiplexer for terrestrial digital broadcast. This multiplexer has 8 TS (Transport Stream) Inputs and multiplexes into a frame structured TS output for the ISDB-T modulator. It also offers PSI/SI (Program Specific Information/Service Information) multiplexing, and generates the system clock, frame sync signal, and layer information outputs required for the ISDB-T modulator.
