Abstract; Our study team is developing the machine to deploy and assemble the trusses which are the framework for a Large Space Structure. This paper reports on the power system to supply it to the machine. The power system we propose has no secondary battery which causes the decline of the life and the increase of the mass. To exchange efficiently the electric power generated by the solar arrays into the motive power, the system switches Parallel/Series connections of the solar arrays depending on the loads and the generated power of them. Further, it also controls the velocity of the DC Motor with PWM technique. We verified that this system is the simple but it can utilize the system for the actual machine adequately. (author abst.)
