Abstract;Space debris observation facilities with 1 meter telescope for GEO/GTO debris and 0.5 meter telescope for LEO debris are now constructing in Okayama. The latter telescope will be available for LEO observation in a few months. NAL studies debris observation system by optical telescope and plans the preliminary observations by utilizing the NAL's new developed small tracking facility with 0.35 meter telescope before the regular operation of the above optical facilities. This paper describes the tracking facility, set up at NAL headquarter in Chofu this autumn. (author abst.)
