| Abstract;A 63-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with severe abdominal pain and left lumbago. Abdominal CT showed a solid enhanced mass on the left adrenal gland and a large hematoma in the retroperitoneal space. Left adrenalectomy was performed with the histological diagnosis of leiomyosarcoma. In spite of chemotherapy, he died of the disease 5 months after the operation, after suffering a local relapse.
