| Abstract;Ota City government office building completed in March 1998 is equipped with a see-through amorphous solar cell with about 15kW power and a single crystal solar cell with about 15kW power as part of "eco-friendly goverment building". The former is the world' largest type realized in a double glazing structure, and is installed in the window and top light, which functions as a window and power generation at the same time. The single crystal solar cell was installed on the roof. These solar cells are interconnected with the system of Tokyo Electric Power through a 30kW inverter, and are working smoothly. |
