Abstract;It has been well recognized that various type of essential amino acid disturbe the function of organs in rat after high dose administration. However, pathological findings of each organs have not been clarified. It is the ourpose of this paper to examine the change of organs upon the high dose administration of amino acid Varine, leucine, isoleuicine, tryptophan and threonine were given to the rats continuously for fifteen weeks and sacrificed for pathological studies utilizing macro and micro methode. Atrophy, necrotic cell and enlargement of sius were observed in liver. Other various changes were observed in the each amino acid administration groups, with moderate grade in isoleucine given and mild degree in threonine. (author abst.)
